By creating an account or using Meet Mino, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, be a parent or represent a legitimate business offering products or services for parents or children to create an account and use Meet Mino.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity occurring under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Community Guidelines
Users agree not to:
Harass, threaten, or abuse others
Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Impersonate other individuals
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Meet Mino reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit.
By posting content on Meet Mino, you grant Meet Mino a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the service.
Events and Activities
Meet Mino may facilitate the discovery of activities and events but is not responsible for the actions, conduct, safety, or services of individual users, organizers, businesses, or third parties.
Participation in activities is at the user's own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meet Mino shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
Users may delete their account at any time.
Meet Mino may suspend or terminate accounts.

Users are responsible for exercising good judgment when meeting others through Meet Mino.
Meet Mino does not perform background checks on users.

Delete Your Meet Mino Account
You can delete your Meet Mino account at any time.
To request account deletion:
Open the Meet Mino app.
Go to Profile.
Open Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm your request.
If you cannot access your account, you may also request deletion by contacting:
Upon deletion, your account information and personal data will be removed or anonymized, except where retention is required by law.

Community Guidelines
Meet Mino is built to create a safe, welcoming and inclusive community for parents.
When using Meet Mino, you agree to:
Treat others with kindness and respect.
Respect other users' privacy and personal information.
Communicate honestly.
Report inappropriate behaviour.
The following is not allowed:
Harassment or bullying
Hate speech or discrimination
Threats or violence
Nudity or sexually explicit content
Illegal activities
Spam or scams or unsolicited advertising.
Impersonation
Sharing another person's personal information without permission
Any content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children (CSAE/CSAM)
Accounts violating these guidelines may be suspended or permanently removed.
Child Safety Policy
Meet Mino has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
We prohibit:
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Grooming
Sexual exploitation of minors
Any content that endangers children
Users can report users, messages, events and other inappropriate content directly within the app or by contacting hej@meetmino.se.
Reported content is reviewed promptly.
Accounts violating these standards are permanently removed and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
